Please note that there is now a support post (detailed in the Support Section at the bottom of this page) – which contains support updates to the OOOCTA since its release.
The OOOCTA 3.5 is a tool which allows for Exchange administrators (or Service Desk operators) to configure the Out of Office settings for users within their environment – without needing direct access to the mailbox.
The tool allows for OOF messages on individual mailboxes to be reported on – and if needs be disabled.

Supported Web Browsers
The OOOCTA has only been tested with IE 7 and above – OOOCTA has not been tested with Firefox, Opera, Chrome or Safari – therefore I cannot vouch for the tool working in the desired way with these browsers.
Exchange Organisation Requirements
As the core functionality of this product is built around Exchange Web Services – it is paramount that your have configured both the Exchange EWS directories and Autodiscover connections points correctly. The OOOCTA will not function if either of these areas are misconfigured or do not have a valid SSL certificate.
You can verify your configuration by running the “Test-OutlookWebServices” cmdlet on your Exchange Server (if you use the Exchange Management Server (e.g. that only has the Exchange Management Tools installed you will need to change the syntax of the test command to
Test-OutlookWebServices –id administrator@<yourdomain>
You should download the tool to your OOOCTA Management Server from the following location:
You should install the EWS services before you install the OOOCTA 35 binaries. Please ensure that you also download and install the OOOCTA 3.5.1 – Patch 1 and Patch 2 (3.5.2) files after you have installed OOOCTA 35 – as per these articles
Both Patches contain important fixes since the RTP release.
